- Can anyone help me. I am about to embark on 'teach yourself c/c++'
- and I was wondering if anyone could recommend a compiler which is
- either shareware or freeware for me to give it a try first before
- jumping in. Also if anyone can forward me the ftp site, it would be
- much appreciated. Rather than respond here in the news group could
- you e-mail me at;
-
- 'rich@radshack.demon.co.uk'
-
- Thanks in advance

- PS If anyone has any comments regarding C as a programming language
- I'd also like to hear them, ie what is the difference between C and
- Visual C? etc
